Casual Dining Restaurants – Multicultural Analysis
Project Description
Casual Dining Restaurants offer people a fantastic and convenient way to gather with friends and family while enjoying catered service, and tasty dishes. Many chain restaurants in the U.S. are known for their affordability, and are spoken about nationwide, throughout all demographics, for their signature platters, and celebrated promotions. These restaurants drive in a lot of social traffic on different media platforms, especially from Hispanics and African Americans.
In this report, we study 5 of America’s top restaurant chains in the food industry: Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Chili’s, and Applebee’s. OYE! software was utilized to deliver Hispanic and African American insights based on social media conversations on Twitter, regarding these restaurants, during the dates of August 17th – September 18th, 2019. Insights cover ethnicity, language, location, category analysis, and top Hispanic and African American influencers.
