Project Description

Doing the laundry is a chore that the average person has to do, unless you fall into the category of people who discard their clothes after wearing them once. Nonetheless, the vast majority of people do their laundry and even though it is a very ubiquitous activity, consumers have their preferences. Consumers choose their preferred laundry care products for a myriad of reasons ranging from scents and features to overall effectiveness. African American and Hispanic laundry preferences vary among consumers, so this report explores how six of the top laundry care brands fare among multicultural consumers.

Methodology

In this report, OYE! software was utilized to deliver multicultural insights based on a sample of 22,355 social media conversations on Twitter about different laundry care brands between 11/10/2018 – 02/08/2019.
