Fewer and fewer people carry cash around today. Many people rely on credit cards to make purchases big and small. Credit cards often offer rewards points and other perks, but at what cost? High interest rates, impossible payments, and fraud are among the common complaints that credit card customers have for credit card companies. Do the pros outweigh the cons?

In this report, OYE! software was utilized to deliver multicultural insights based on a sample of 22,567 social media conversations about credit card companies gathered from Twitter between 04/20/2019 – 05/20/2019.
