Coffee is a ubiquitous topic around the world, and likely the most common element during breakfasts right here in the U.S. Thus, a good understanding about coffee consumers of multicultural ethnicities provides us relevant insights about the overall sentiment about coffee for the fastest growing segments of the entire U.S. population.
Considering the thousands of results you will see if you did a search on ‘#coffee’ in social media, discover what differences and similarities exist in the topics discussed between Hispanic and African American coffee consumers that we analyzed.
In this report, OYE! software was utilized to deliver multicultural insights based on a sample of 200,000 social media conversations about coffee conversation gathered from Twitter between 10/28/2018 – 11/05/2018.
