The OYE! Hispanic Lottery research report was extrapolated from a sample of 1,500 conversations on Twitter, Instagram and the web at large. All data was pulled from February 1, 2016 – January 31, 2017.
Within the report are insights on numerous topics including demographics, gender, social channels, and influencers. For instance, language use among Latinos was predominantly in English at over 50% throughout the year. There was a large mix of bilingual conversation making up 27% of the conversation.
